How long is SCUF warranty?
All SCUF controllers come with at 6-month (180 day) warranty from the date your order is delivered to you. All accessories come with a 30 day warranty from the date you received your accessory.
Can Geek Squad fix my controller?
Unfortunately, Geeksquad is not able to repair controllers or consoles. That’s where the warranty makes things easier when you purchase it through Best Buy as they are able to exchange the controller at that point depending on the type of functionality/damage.

How long do SCUF controllers last before breaking?
The lifespan of a SCUF thumbstick will depend on how often you use your controller and whether you are hard or light on your thumbstick pressure. Similar to a marathon runner with running shoes, if you game 8 hours a day and are heavy on your thumbsticks, then maybe only a few months.
Why is my SCUF taking so long?
SCUF builds all controllers by hand, and thoroughly tests each controller before the product leaves our location. Build times are based on the number of controllers already in our system to complete, and the expected delivery time that was selected when the order was placed.

Do Scufs break easily?
Yes. The paddle position is placed more comfortably and game-play feels smooth. The paddles on the Scuf can break over time, which mine did twice. The Dominator paddles are magnetically held on and if you put too much force on them then they just give away.

they’re great for the first few months, but after that time, you WILL have stick drift or other issues. both of mine have stick drift, 1 is to the point its literally unusable, and the other is usable but very frustrating. definitely recommend NOT buying from aimcontrollers. get a battle beaver or scuf.
